He can't use TNT regardless. Diamond supporters are the only ones with the ability to use TNT. However, I'm not certain if he can SET TNT usage to true on his residence, or if THAT'S also a Diamond supporter perk as well. I was only suggesting that he find a diamond supporter willing to use their TNT to help. Again, it's rather useless if the flag for TNT is limited to Diamond Supporter residences.
