well i havent claimed yet so u get to chose it yourself =) and u can even shose in utopia but a tip is dont becouse then u dont have acses to wilderness and one more thing what would u be wiling to pay??? (sorry for bad english =P)

Players can't sell residences... not as part of the residence plugin anyway (unless something's been added that I'm not aware of).

yes u buy premission. i dont really see any problem in that since we are all friends on empire minecraft and i wouldnt take anything from them. and btw if i did they can just report me to u guys so i dont know really what u meant but u guys seem to disaprov of this pls tell me if im wrong.

I agree with Crazy, this doesn't seem like a good idea.

Despite there being a large chunk of very trustworthy people on The Empire, there are still a few bad apples who will rob you blind and destroy your residence. I'd personally recommend you to not give perms to anybody. But if you must, be sure they're actually trustworthy, rather than sell to the highest bidder.

Well, residence plugin doesnt have that, BUT i know that with op/admin powers is possible to claim an extra chunk for a player, that could be taken to consideration, we could do this a simple way:
rodoet gives up on his residence, an admin claim's it for the buyer, the buyer gives the money on admin's presence and every1 is happy.

I'm willing to buy the res but as mods have sayed (and it's obvious) he could do /res default if he want's, and im not going to let that risk happen.

For now the talks are about 15k *wich i find expensive* but if the transfer is not possible i'll consider lowering (as hell) the price or simply, not buying it.

as a pd:/ if im not wrong you guy's use Residence plugin, and as features i find this:
Land "leasing" system which requires users to renew the lease on their protection every X number of days or loose the protection. (off by default, see config file)

and also i sold a res to randomzh dont u think i would have scamed him by now if i wanted ask him if he thinks u can trust me

I was just confused initially myself. I get it now.

The thing with this is that it's too easy for the owner of the lot to abuse the situation. The owner may be trustworthy with this kind of thing, but many people will not be, and those who are not will of course claim absolute trustworthiness even if they intend to pull a scam.

So I think entering an agreement like this would be a really bad idea. I wouldn't do it.

I'm not saying that this particular offer was done with the intent to scam, I'm just saying that there are people who will do it with the intent to scam.

I would strongly recommend that no one 'buys a lot' from anyone else unless you know that individual personally and trust them with your house keys or share a bank account with them or something.

If you think about it, it's the same as giving someone permanent build, use, and container permissions on your lot, AND permanently handing over all permission powers to them at the same time (which means you can't control the permissions on your lot without them).

Like I said... I wouldn't do it.

The thing is not about trust, because is obvious that i can't *no offense* trust some1 i never knowed in my life, but what im asking here is to CONSIDER doing wich i sayed, in the case that i present the residence is claimed as MINE *or the buyer* from an ADMIN, if i can't trust and admin then im pretty much in the wrong place...
