   There is nothing currently in the residence system to support the transfer of residence ownership (as far as I know).
   
   You're best option for getting a second residence is becoming a supporter.

   If you have a bank account, I believe you can use that with Paypal (without having to sign up to Paypal)...am I correct in this or no?
