[Selling] 10 Stacks of Iron Ore

Plus people this is a game not real life....Most people who play this take this way too serious...Unless certain people dont have lives and play this game all the time

Overpriced, underpriced... Maybe someone would have bought it at the listed price before you guys started pooing all over Blackshirts' thread? Maybe a PM would have been accepted with gratitude and he would have adjusted the price.

I notice one of you is auctioning off some picks right now. Would it be ok to discuss my opinion in the auction thread that a Silk Touch/Eff IV combo reduces it value? To mention my limit? Breakdown my estimated price on each pick? To say anything in the thread other than bidding? All of those could affect the auction, but I won't do it for exactly that reason.

That's odd. I could have sworn that was exactly what I did. I laid out my case as to why I was unwilling to pay 12,500r for the ten stacks of iron ore, then I made my counter offer.

Blackshirts, did you notice that nobody else had made an offer to buy your iron until after I "hijacked your thread" by breaking down the numbers and establishing what would be a fair price? After that, other people started bidding against each other to buy your ore. By sharing with you the knowledge I had gained from months of monitoring prices while playing on this server, I was trying to bring your prices down to a more reasonable level and thus make your product more marketable.

As for those who think I should have said nothing in the hopes that an uninformed player (i.e., a noob) would happily pay 12,500r for the iron, I would like to remind you of this piece of advice given by JustinGuy himself in his Tips for running a successful store or service in the Empire: "Don't use cheap gimmicks, they may trick one person but you will get a bad reputation and fail in the long run."

That being said, my offer still stands. If all the other bids you received (you're welcome, by the way) happen to fall through, know that I am willing to buy your ten stacks of iron ore for 2,500r and I will pay an extra 200r if you include 80 pieces of coal. Good luck to you and I hope you sell your iron for as much as possible.

Uhm, So what is the final listing price? Ill go as far as 5,500 R if your willing to accept that :S

seriously heres the following issue's with this theread
1. Iron ore, nobody really buys that, ill go ahead and donate 10 furnaces and 80 coal for you to smelt it
