Idk if this is allowed or whatever, but I want to claim the 1500 block square centered on ( STAFF:Removed Coords) in the smp8 frontier overworld (not nether). That spot is the middle of a lake, my locked chest is on a nearby spire, it's my latest locked chest.
I removed the coords you posted. Now from what you indicated you need to know that the coords that become the center focal point of your outpost are the coords of the locked chest for the claim and not others coords a little distance away like you stated. If you wish to have the coords you listed become the center point for your outpost claim then please lock a new chest at those coords, otherwise the current locked chest become the center of your outpost.
