  6. I got 50 lvls of xp 3 times yesterday and Im ranked 123 in lifetime and ranked 53 in monthly!!!:D

  10. If I understand your question, you don't automatically get it at any level. You can make it more likely to happen though. Here's a link to a handy dandy simulator that might help: http://cloud.github.com/downloads/Zazcallabah/mce/mce.v1.8.html

    According to the simulator, the chance of getting Silk Touch on a diamond pick hits 10% in the low 30's and increases to around 14% at lvl50.
