  11. I assumed that the 3rd floor balcony was intentional (it's been that way for a few weeks). I was using it to jump into the water below for a quick exit :)

  12. I think it's because the tree farm has the trees a little bit too close together. The leaf blocks from adjacent trees overlap each other and with the lower drop rate of jungle saplings that means they don't generate much extra.

  16. Haha well there is a area on top of a hill before you get to zulu9's house , should be enough room for decent size house
    And town center is where guest house, FAQ building, vault , and central hub is at
