If you think so (and I do think you're right), post a message along the lines of "Tomorrow at 1 PM EMC time guesses will be renewed! If you want to make the most of your guesses, guess now if you haven't done so yet!"
Yes. There are still the same amount of correct guesses as there would be without renewals, but then you'd have to wait on other people guessing.
Ah yes, that does make sense. Thanks for putting up with me figuring out how this works, it's fun I'm going to say that guesses renew at noon for me, PST, tomorrow, so that's 3pm EMC.

Technically, it should be tomorrow, as he posted that after midnight. What I, however, don't understand is that he said his timezone is PST, and that noon his time is 3 PM EMC time... Noon PST is actually 4 PM EMC time.

The whole US changes time at the same time, or at least within not long of it's self, the entire west coast is currently 9:48, and it's 12:48. No matter what you call it west coast is still 3 hours behind east coast. Generally when someone says PST they are referring to whatever the west coast time currently is, not the currently unused winter time.. (sorry for continuing to comment on this, but I can't resist ) Ah, yeah, but technically saying it's PST now is incorrect, as it's now PTD. For people like me, who don't immediately know all those abbreviations, this is inconvenient, as I would google PST to see what time you mean, resulting in it being one hour earlier than you actually meant. Actually, there are two more timezones, 11 in Alaska, and 9 in Hawaii. --- And now, a letter: I'll guess a T.
