I would use my monies towards creating a program for newer players to get settled at my established outpost and provide essentials for their rise in the Empire. I have some money currently dedicated going into the progress of the program, however it would be nice to have a little more. I am doubling the size of my existing iron farm, as well as building an entire rail system that spans over 20k~ block range. 600k would be sufficient for mostly rail materials, as well as materials to provide to the newer players, and for ongoing infrastructure projects. I do realize this is a substantial amount of monies, however I have a grand plan. If picked, I will dedicate a monument on your behalf for your generosity.

500k on making the biggest villager trading center on emc it would have perfect villagers with maxed trades

Hey i would like 100,000to build a massive dome that is hollow on one of my unused residences that i can then turn into a well stocked shop for all of the empire to use, i am also new to the server and am having trouble with rupees, it would be greatly appreciated. 200k, this money will be invested in expanding my village, and will allow me to be able to afford more supplies and tools to further improve production. I would also love to hire others to help me, but it can be very difficult when you don't have much cash. I would also spend this money on horses, as a very fast horse is a great way of transporting yourself through the frontier.
