I know what you mean though: once you created a subzone then you can't teleport to it. It'll move you somewhere next to it, and also gives you a comment about that. That's because you need to do something extra to make it work

Something I shall explain in full detail in my upcoming tutorial. For now I'll give you a hint: think about how would you make teleportation work on a normal residence.
