I think there should be a listing somewhere that would list all the biomes you can change your res into and a brief description of each biome along with how many tokens it takes. Just so players know what they are getting. I go to forums / Wiki for almost all my info and nowhere could I find the listing I wanted. You can go on a res and do /res Biomechange and you get this jumbled junk of mess of wording that is difficult to read and if chat is busy good luck. Yes it lists all the biomes but there has to be a better way. There should be a clear way to see this better, maybe a small pic next to each biome as well. This all started because water freezes on my res and I don't want desert.
The Issue is by listing all, many of them are the same... for example; Jungle Hills and Jungle is the exact same thing no difference. So then would it be all the simple, or all them that comes to question? As listing all will make it very cluttery on the wiki, when like i said many are the exact same.
I will see about making this a bit more clear. When I created it there were far less biomes and the names were, well, better (Thanks Mojang for mutated_biome_names! ) EMC-1620
There already is a list: Now, from mind: I think that you can trigger this by hitting the tab key after having typed /changebiome. There is a chance this no longer works (I don't know from mind) because of the recent "command tab completion changes"). The other possibility: type a wrong biome name and it'll generate this list. Note: not sure from mind. Alas, I agree that the list should be a part of the wiki. Had that opinion for quite a while already (edit) The names above are the 'official' names, or technical names. If you're not familiar with some of them then you can look 'm up on the Minecraft Biomes wiki page.
That is my exact point Shell. You see what a jumbled mess of wording that is. I did state in my post you can pull that up. Thank you for help making my point I do know how to go to MC wiki and that is clearer to read than this. It would be nice if forums had something like MC wiki. That was all I was suggesting.
