Welcome to the Empire I guess and good luck getting those builds re-build Judging from the looks of it I guess you should be able to get most of this placed on a residence, though I'm not too sure about both of course. But... I suppose you could always try to get an extra residence (supporter only feature, but the best part is that you don't lose your residence after your supportership runs out). There is also an option to build this in the Frontier where you have less space restrictions, but that comes with other possible issues (most important one being no protection for griefing just yet, but it's said to be very close to release).
