I've been inactive lately and need to catch up a bit before 1.9 comes. I've searched unsuccessfully for the answer to this question. If there is to be frontier ends and wastelands ends, how will we get to them when currently wasteland end portals point to what will be the frontier end? Sorry if this is the wrong forum for my question. I could find a thread that seemed right for it.
The Frontier end will ne reached by the end portals in each frontier world. And for the waste i dont know, maybe a Tp or maybe through end portals
Right now none of us (except for the staff) knows. Having said that I have to admit that I'm also a little behind the current facts due to some time of absence as well. My guess is that we'll be able to teleport to the new End wastelands but still need to use the End portals to go to the Frontier. Its just a wild guess but when keeping the game mechanics in mind then this sounds logical to me (for whatever that's worth). As for the update itself it's going to happen soon enough, but right now Aikar has much bigger (personal) issues to deal with, so obviously EMC has been put on a lower priority. The update is coming, but first Aikar needs to be with his family.
