  7. I would say it goes between 200-350k, it really depends on the buyer and seller. But usually they go for between 200-350k

  9. Well, it all depends on buyer and seller, if you really want one then buy it.

    From my experience, the regular one is most common
    Green one less common, purple one more rare. And so on :)
