[FREE] Make EMC Items!

I would want just some super efficient pickaxe and axe that'll let me mine wood and obsidian extremely quickly.
If I could, I would wait until 1.9 to give them Mending.

Do I have to pay for them?
And Efficiency VI+ and Unbreaking III+ aren't obtainable by normal means.

Does the EMC Staff have access to Vanilla's Commands: the same ones usable in Command Blocks?

I use NBT edit and TMI to create these items, if you don't know.
