Res Biome change,

  1. I'm interested in changing the Biome of my res on smp7. If I decide to do so and spend the 5000 tokens,
    What exactly happens, what changes? Is it just the surface area or will i be able to dig it out and get resources like iron and such? If i change to extreme hills will i get a mountain?

  2. All it will do is convert the F3 data to match those of a biome as such. For example: jungle biome will have greener grass, swamp darker grass etc. For the effect to take place you will need to reload the chunks by login out and login back in.

  4. You could use it to your advantage.

    For example, if you change your biome to Ice Plains / Ice Mountains you can make a nice ice farm.
    I happened to get my shop in such a biome, and it's really convenient

    also a desert biome won't get rain drops if it rains
