What SMP do you consider your main server? Smp1 On a scale of 1-10, how do you rate that SMPs economy? 6 above average Do you feel that SMP needs more shops/malls? We have quite a few specialty shops and some nice malls. It just making sure people know about them seems more our issue than the actual amount. What items do you always needs but can never find at a shop? Our server is in a shortage of ender chests and actually also some place that buys and sells dragon frags and stones.
If anyone has trouble finding something in any smp's economy, give me a shout. Like the last example I can think of is, people have a hard time finding webs, so I made a chest for it.Webs are kind of hard to find because not only you need to find a cave, but then you need silk touch, so newer players wouldn't likely have silk touch, and it's probably not on the list of stuff to gather for more experienced players. Yet people use them for decoration and I think parkours.

Answers: SMP9 Rate: 9 The SMP has had many shops and malls in the past, there are still some good ones around like Kat's and Allen's, but seeing as how Allen does not play as much, more big malls could always be a good thing. Promotional items, despite being an obvious answer, it's true that not so many shops sell those sorts of items. Some shops do specialise in them however, but you have to watch out for them.

No, actually it's quite packed with shops of every kind and a lot of people love to harvest things themselves. What items do you always needs but can never find at a shop? I personally do not need anything from shops (except maybe cheap promos =P) but i hear others want more cheap obsidian, packed ice, and hard clay of all colors (including uncolored).

Smp8 is my main, 10/10 economy, yes it need more malls, and cobwebs are the thing I always need but never can find in stock
Smp8 Hmm, 8/10 We have +bulk, but you can only buy in large quantities. Fairshop was great until it went derelict (and when it was still stocked, of course) People are always asking about flower pots, so I'll go with that
Well I do see people buy something, then sell back as much as they don't need. I just thought I'd throw that out there if it bugs you that badly. I was hoping my shop would setup a foundation for a strong economy, where people can make things out of my raw materials and setup a shop. If I did every little item minecraft has, in tiny digestable amounts, how can anyone compete with that? Except maybe someone having a better organized shop. I'd probably go nuts trying to manage it all. I feel like the way I have it, it can cover just about everything craftable if everyone else's shops disappear, yet still leave opportunity for others to compete, so everyone wins. We're supported at least by some sort of foundation. Plus it's not as chaotic as it would be for me keeping up with every craftable item, and others trying to find every little thing they need in one spot. 2 floors for me seems to be doing nicely. It might get to 3. 4 maybe a long time away. And pots you say? I better look that up. I think clay balls can be cooked into bricks which then can be crafted into pots? If so I got clay balls coming soon so that should be on its way to being covered. Someone else can make the pots from the clay balls and setup a flower shop if they want. See nice example .
