    I can't think of a really tough decision I've had to make since the rest of the staff team are awesome at helping if you ever need a "consult" but not too long ago I permabanned a player as I was misinformed and felt absolutely horrible. (He is unbanned and hopefully forgives me nowadays :p)

    Currently League of legends is my favorite game, but the first game I really fell in love with was COD: MW2
