Since 2014, during the Holiday Event periods in the Wastelands and in the Frontier, Holiday Chests spawned randomly and the Blizz Ard mob was available. This mob dropped the Blizz Ard's Nose, and, in the latter two years when the event was held, Blizz Ard's Eye, Blizz Ard's Nose and the Avalauncher.Holiday Chest

Inside the Holiday Chest were various quantities of diamonds, emeralds, gold ingots, iron ingots, oak saplings, torches, and snow. When destroyed, the chest became a regular item.
When a chest spawned, a message would appear in the Chat, giving the coordinates of the chest that read "Holiday Magic can be found near (X,Z)." Once you have found the chest, you would see a sign above the chest that read "Holiday Chest" on top of the chest.
EMC's Christmas and Holiday celebrations have also featured various Custom Items and the Loot Party Event (also see Empire Events and Locations).
