I just wanted to congratulate everyone on the amazing progress that has been made over the 3 years! I joined way back on the 11th of April 2012: While I haven't been at all active (starting to now, working with Jakres <3), I have been to the LLO a few times, and have seen it grow to what it is now. This is the image I was sent via PM by zulu9: The box at the top is the LLO. As you can see there is pretty much nothing there and there was literally nothing there other than a few homes (the jungle trees hide a lot of stuff). Now look at the LLO: A huge outpost that so many players have worked on for many, many hours. Let the LLO live on forever! EDIT: Oh the days when you had to be support to use /map hide :')

Ok, voting for the new federation system has closed! Thank you to all of you who have voted. The results are: 1 for No, 7 for Yes. This means that by far the vast majority of LLO members are keen to see this federation system come into effect. It's now time to decide as a community how we will define each district and to assign a representative to each district. If you have any ideas for districts, please post them here (preferably with screenshots of the map) so that they can be considered If anyone still has concerns with how the system will work, please do talk to us about them and we will do our best to please you.
Ok, so I've drawn up a very basic map of where I think some of the districts should be based on biomes and former districts. I've listed the districts and some possible representatives below. If anyone has any concerns I can change it up to see what it looks like. Is Jimbo still active? We also lack a representative for Jungle and South LLO. These district lines appear fine to me. I'll take a closer look in-game soon to determine if the districts are too big. May I propose we place signs around LLO alerting residents who do not check the forums to do so and the coming implementation of the district system? I realize we really should have done this before the vote…
Jimbo hasn't been active recently, however knowing him, he won't be happy if anyone else is put in charge of his towns That's a good idea to put signs around, I don't think there's too many players who are active in game and not on the thread, but it'd be good just in case. Also, I edited the post with a representative for Jungle and South LLO (shavingfoam) minutes before you posted

Like how things work now in LLO, districts, all kinds of sorts what new players should know and not just point to go to LLO's website to get to know how things go.
