She's still here For the record: this screenshot is shared with permission. I ran into Rei last night and met up again today. At one point I explained that a cupid bow (unused) was actually more valuable than a normal bow (she figured the other way around) so I demonstrated. And when she started looking at the hearts I thought it looked kinda cute so snapped a screenshot. Seems Rei takes good care of her animals, they obviously like her Figured I'd share and she was ok with it, so.... ya
And then to think, the people who buy a cupid bow probably won't even use it, they just buy it to look at it and show it off
Why oh why do cats always end up in a (filled) chest? Yesterday I showed a new player some of the specific EMC features such as eggifying animals (which reminds me to check a flag...) and how I breed my animals; specifically my cats and dogs. And figured that I'd let her try too. No problem there, it worked out pretty well. So a shipment of items came in (one DC) which I temporarily stored near my furnace. Well, today I logged back on and heard something meowing in my storage. Which was weird because there aren't supposed to be any cats here. They are all upstairs in their own room. I also couldn't find anything until I suddenly saw a small head stick out And of course I can't simply eggify it because if I try then I'm also opening the chest. Minecraft cats really manage to remind me strongly of cats in real life. They got a mind of their own
I think cats are one of my favorite Minecraft mobs, the siamese ones in particular. Back when disguising was a thing, I'd run around Town in the guise of a siamese cat and act like one of the real ones. I must say, I can understand why they do the things they do. It's super fun to just sprint around the room and "sit" on their chests.
