What would go well with cut sandstone and acacia planks in a modern mall?

I'm using cut sandstone for the exterior walls and acacia planks for the floor. I'm still pretty undecided on doors and completely puzzled by what to use for the roof, shelves, counters and interior walls. This modern mall will have villager workstations and be staffed with villagers living in an adjacent apartment complex that I'm already pretty confident about building right material-wise, and it's in a plains biome next to deserts and savannas, hence my choice of acacia planks instead of dark oak or bamboo; I don't know what I would've chosen in a cold setting. (I also don't know what I would've used for the exterior walls in a cold, temperate or jungle setting.)
