So, what does i mention here?

"Freedom" means you're free to follow your free will, and free speech, do anything to improve yourself

Good thing, is you do good stuff, but not limited to:

-Helping people

-Improve yourself

-Fix out your past mistakes

And last pharse "elevate next step for your life" means you've better than your past day. You may not recgonize it, but it immervese day to day. You do small thing, then next day you do same, afterwards u can enjoy your thing easily with benefit.
