   Hey everyone I was just wondering how to do something that i see that people have. They have a sign and numbers go up and down rapidly like a matrix type thing. If anyone can tell me how to do this, it would be greatly appreciated.

   i Wanted to know how to do that to! i believe is something related to a server chat thingy (you can do the same weird random characters also in-chat) if someone finds the answer please tell me
