Justin could barely get on the internet for months, up until a few weeks ago.. That alone shows he doesnt host them in his basement haha
Sometimes the lag can be client side. That's probably my problem and why I didn't see any difference in the reboots. He's also currently entertaining IcC, Aikar and Max in the Virgin Islands. I'm sure they'd like to spend time having fun since they're always working on EMC.
If everyone's honest with themselves, the reboots weren't really a pain at all. So you have to log off for less than a minute.... The reason people would've felt it wasn't making a difference was because the reboot was preventing the problems from occuring - so there was no appreciable difference, as they were a proactive solution to a problem, rather than a reactive.
Nope, Justin just runs the servers. Last time I traced the server IPs, they were in florida, and Justin lives in the Virgin Islands. And also, Justin or Aikar can program an automatic reboot plugin, that will restart the server by itself.
