[trading] Hot Hats!

  1. Most of these items are extremely rare compared to a Hot Hat! It's almost impossible to obtain certain rare items like the Impossiball, Empire Armor or ICC Suit. I would much rather have just 1 Eggnog as opposed to multiple Hot Hats.

  3. Aikar and Krysyy hosted a New Year's Eve drop party where blocks of TNT, retitled Hot Hats, were dropped.
