Trade Hall Just Opened: Hottest place to trade on EMC

  1. The trade hall is on Utopia at /v +trade_hall.

    - 32ea of toolsmiths/weaponsmiths/armorers.
    - 16ea masons and clerics.
    - Also multiple butchers, cartographers, smokers, fletchers, farmers.

    Not all trades are at master level yet but that'll be resolved soon enough.
