I have an idea, how about making a Huge tower, full of mobs with the floors becoming progressively harder and harder. You would be given a limited supply of torches and an iron sword. Then at the top, there would be a chest with a diamond and you can use the express elevator (i.e. a huge fall with water at the bottom) to come back down. Put your thoughts in your posts and votes.
