It has come to my attention that the empire has regained some of it's old popularity, however, i believer that this populariy is mostly going to the new servers leaving servers like smp1, 2 and 3 with little more than 15 players, while they have over 50! I believe this is happening because whenever a person logs in they are recommended to join the new servers.Unfortunately that will end up resulting in a mass "desertification" on the older servers.So i would suggest that you analise the least popular servers and start recommending them to new players.
