  2. EMC can't change blocks or add blocks. Apparently Sponge can but we run Spigot.

    Yeah... Uh... I do not think EMC can do this and Mojang has said that they do not want to add Vertical Slabs.

  5. Would require client side mods which EMC will never go into doing unless some simple way is added to MC to silently force client side mods like in the official plugin api or something.
