I'm not sure if this has been suggested before, but it's pretty straightforward; when you type /res info, it shows all the tags. Since the minor update, you're able to tag your residence - for example, +shop. Then you're able to do /v +shop, and you will be teleported to a random res with the +shop tag. On /res info, there can be a 'Tags' section which can show all of them which are affiliated with the residence you're standing on.
yea i think thats like an awesome idea plus on the good side you don't want people to shop on your res when your still stocking it or something u can do that too right?
