[Suggestion] Move False *Improvement*

  1. Move has always been an issue with a lot of people - especially if some people have big events or are building - and people are afk and can't be moved...

    Sometimes pistons, water, and destroying the block under them will make them get kicked.... but sometimes they just won't get kicked off the res when move is set to false....

    What I propose is for when move is turned off it loops through all the player's on the residence and if their move is 'not' true... it will teleport them to that residence's /res unstuck location
    (or if there's a better way to do it - by all means)

    That way it will not be dependent upon the player physically moving - if he/she is afk... and will be moreover based on the actual perms itself.

    What do you guys think?
