Just had the idea figured I'd share maybe can be useful and maybe easier for mods. You would still create the request thread and then fill out the form. (I don't know if it can be done or not but maybe one you create the thread, you get redirected to the form so you don't forget.) In the form you include the smp, main owner, outpost name, cords to the locked chest and a link to the forum thread. All the nessesary info. This way you don't have to wait for a mod to message you, then message them back with cords, etc. They can just look up the info, check it out and establish or deny. Might speed things up incase either side is waiting for a reply and one less message in inbox to clean up
My issue with this is more often than not we work through the thread/inbox regardless. With increasingly frequency players attempt to establish too close to others so we have to work around it. Also I at least don't usually have to ask for coords. We have to grab them from Square anyway, so I do that and confirm with the pending owner. Also tbh I would wager a form would only be checked as often as the forum page itself... lol
