Basically, just a place for people to post if their town/base/group/misc is actively looking for more people to join up. Perusing the wilderness frontier section looking for one I'd like to join is proving to be more time-consuming than I'd expected, and I can't imagine that I'm the only one who'd like a way to streamline it a bit.
This would be a nice Mega-thread People post the following if they are recruiting: Empire Name How many players (if there's a limit) Link to Empire thread And if they are done recruiting, they just remove the post.
