[Suggestion] Allow negative bids in reverse auctions

  1. Hey! Simple request.

    When items have so little value, no one wants them, players should be allowed to pay for the opportunity to dump them on another person.

    From this thread, ThaKloned states "negative bids are not valid bids." However, it is stated nowhere in the official RA rules that negative bids are disallowed.

    My suggestion: allow them!

    So yeah. That's it.
