Strange Structure

I found this strange structure today at the SMP7 wilderness spawn I am sure a mod made it or something but it is quite strange here are some screenshots.

Below the sand is wool apparently.

I have no clue. I have never seen this before.

looks somewhat like a spleef arena in my opinion.

Sigh...Fun stuff always happens when I'm (supposed to be) asleep...

Everyone stands on the sand, the wool is lit on fire, last one standing wins.

Ive actually played it before. It is what Mr. Chin said it was. Jim lights the wool on fire and the last person standing wins
