So, i've tried to get squids to spawn in two different plots in town and they are spawning? Does anyone know why?
Mobs don't spawn naturally in town. You have to spawn them (or breed them if they are breedable) with spawn eggs. Either pay 100 rupees to egg them in the wild/wastelands or buy some from another player. Just right click a squid with a stick to egg it.
