Smp 7 crashed

  3. You can tell if a server crashes if when you repeatedly try to connect there is an internal issue. Also, when you do get on there will probably be very few players or a massive connecting surge.

  4. 10 minute rule ;) I almost always react within 10 minutes of a server problem.
