[SMP 3] Community Island

  1. Out in the Frontier Wilderness, two other friends and I have turned a small island into our little slice of paradise. Both of those friends are gone from the server as they have been banned, however I have two new friends that really bring back the life into this island. Both they and I truly want more people to come by and explore, maybe even settle here. We are located close to the southern outpost of the frontier wilderness. Please enter through the boating docks on the southwest side. And of course, please, follow the rules I have set up on the signs.

I'm not sure if we can land claim this area, considering it does not look like we are 5k blocks away from the outpost, but if we can get some kind of agreement, I would appreciate it greatly.

Also, if any admin/moderator can remove some of the locked signs from the banned players, it would great. I would put this into another forum, but I do not know where it would go.
  2. I'd recommend not posting the coordinates, unless you're happy for everyone to come in. Remember that not everyone may follow the rules you have on signs, so you may want to have some sort of application/private way to join, or at least just give coords if private messaged. Up to you.

As for land claiming, it can only be claimed if it meets all the criteria for a wilderness frontier. If you're within 5k blocks, there's no chance you can have "some kind of agreement", the rules are the same for everyone so you'll have to stick to those. A mod will likely check for you because you've posted this in the frontier section, but if you know it's too close, then it won't be verified I'm afraid.

If you want locked signs of banned players removed then I'd probably say that messaging senior staff is the best thing to do there. Mods can't break locked signs (from what I know), so I'd say to start a conversation with the senior staff.
  3. Okay, thank you. On that note, I'll remove the coordinates.
