Sims 3 Help :c

I just bought the Late Night Expansion Pack for Sims 3, but Im not sure how to download it
I got it from the Origin client
I have the order summary in my emails
It hasn't come up in my account or the game :c
It's my first expansion pack so I have no idea what to do....

Can anyone help me?

You just download/install it like the game and it should install into the game. Maybe re-log on your Origin client and see if it works? If not contact Support and let them know.

Via Origin:

The Sims 3 and its expansions can now be purchased, downloaded and installed through the Origin client for PC and Mac. If you’d like to install your pack through the Origin Client please follow the below steps:

1. Log in to Origin with the EA account you would like your game added to.
2. Click on the Origin menu on the top left.
3. Select "Redeem Product Code..."
4. Enter the serial key from the back of your game manual or from your digital download.

The game will now appear in your “My Games” Tab. The download and installation will start automatically. After the installation is complete you can start playing The Sims 3.

I saw that as well but I don't actually have the product code
I don't know where it is

Hmmm. Don't they usually send it in an email? Or is that one of those special things where when it installs it automagically puts it in?

Not in the email an it isnt already in my game

Maybe get in contact with their support/livechat and see what they can do?

Apparently the money from the bank hasn't been sent yet, so I haven't got my game :l
