I think it would be great if when a person puts a beacon on his or her res that is not carry over to nearby res's. While nice at times, this is mostly annoying...ever tried building up high with Jump Boost and Speed II with a topping of lag?..no fun. I think this would also help to make the beacons on that person's res all the more special because you could only get the buffs there instead of just running by it and getting a speed buff.
People have suggested this before. I don't remember what exactly happened but I think aikar said that it cannot happen. Maybe it is possible and I see use for it though. People with farms would like this.
I personaly think this would be great if beacon buff were contained to their own res. Would cut down on alot of issues i have seen/herd people have.
