    you're counting down from a million so the coords need to go at least this far if not more depending upon player builds 994999, your coords are something like 995683 <--- not exact but still in the 5000 range. ( I did suggest you travel 1k blocks south from your locked chest and make a new locked chest for a better chance to get established)
