Anyone not paying for any service offered by a player or continually breaking the auction forum rules will be blacklisted from ALL of the Empire Economy section, and may receive a tempban from the EMC servers.

For people offering a service that staff cannot easily track (eg: building a house), it's important that you create a PM with the buyer of your service outlining the service, in which the buyer agrees to the terms specified. At each point of part of the service happening (for example, paying rupees, starting building etc.), a message should be posted in that PM.

If anything goes wrong with the transaction, you should add a staff member to the PM, and explain what has gone wrong. The staff member will then investigate and punish the player if needed.

However, we are unable to punish players without this PM - so please make sure you make one!

Auction blacklists now also affect the whole of the marketplace section.

If you wish to appeal a Marketplace Blacklist, please message the Community Managers. This is done on a case-by-case basis and does not guarantee your account being unblacklisted.
