I recently attempted to pay a friend of mine using the rpay command but sent the payment to the wrong player because I wasn't paying attention to the name selected when it was auto completed. I immediately realized what I had done and sent that player another 1r payment with the note stating the mistake I made and that they could keep it. For future mistakes, is there a way to have the payment reversed? It was only 4000r this time but if it was more I would consider trying to get it back.
ive found it depends on which staff member you reach out to.. ive had some where they would reverse the payment and others required the other player to confirm that the payment could be reversed...
Only senior staff can reverse rupee payments. So you should just always message pmss.emc.gs. I can't think of a time that we haven't reversed such a transaction when reported to us with immediacy.
