[Question] Account Purging

  1. I was just wondering, what constitutes an account purge? Is it anyone who is perma-banned, or people who meet a specific set of requirements?
I was just curious because I have noticed that there are people who have been banned, but not been purged, and then I also have seen people who were banned, and have had their accounts purged.
  2. If you are permanently banned, you have three options:
    • Appeal the ban
    • Dispute the ban
    • Do nothing
Appealing the ban means you know you did something wrong and believe you should be given a second chance on the Empire. Your vaults, residences, items, rupees, etc will be reset (purged) and you'll be in the same place as a new player. It's a true second chance.

Disputing the ban means you believe you were wrongly punished. If you dispute successfully, you won't be purged. Players have 7 days to dispute before they are purged automatically.

    Doing nothing is self-explanatory.
  3. its up to the mod who banned you if you need to be purged or not entirely. two players doing the same thing could get only one purged
