I have a horrible memory, but I think I bought the promo instructions for 600k and the treasure voucher for 400k around the summer/fall of 2015. I would guess that the promo instructions are at least 1.5 mil and the treasure voucher at least 1 mil now, not only because that was a while ago, but also because it's really hard to get someone to sell one to you.
Prices are more or less rounded, and can be a little low to a little high. As for the others, I will let others take a shoot, as its a long list, and hate to list all prices ~Finch
I have a guess on what a Davie head might be worth, and I say around 1.5 to 3 million rupees but that's my guess.

Currently, BigDavie heads / what they've been seen getting sold for is around 1.5m to 2m -- maybe a little less, maybe a little more, but that's the price I've seen from past sales, and a friend who currently has a head and has been told general prices.
