Hard to pin point an exact price sometimes. I bought mine for 1 price and know others paid much more. Really depends on the parties involved tbh.
Well I offered I think near 2 mill for a Utopia Spawn but it was sold to another player I presume for a higher offer.
This also depends on how many reses are free for players to grab (Not perm Derl), and how popular the server is. I obtained 2 spawn reses 12004 and 12005 for free back in 2012, I then obtained 12003 for 2 million in Rupees, Promos, and rares, and 12007 was obtained for 500k after i helped remove all contents on the res, and fully tear it down (I then had some max res voucher issues and had to have krysyy hold the res until it was fixed). I can assume they can go anywhere from 2-4 mill and more if the player really wants it. Might has Weeh, as they just bought one a week or 2 ago.
