I personally sell bonemeal at 64r per stack, as do many other shop owners. I've seen it range from 32r-80r per stack as well though. Given that there are 3 stacks of bonemeal per stack of bone, that equals a range of 96-240r per stack of bone, going to 2592r-6480r per SC and 5184r-12960r per DC with an average SC price (based off of 64r per bonemeal stack) of 5184r per SC Keep in mind that these prices will be, and currently are, going down because of a rise in skeleton farms on several EMC servers. Also note the VERY wide range in the projected prices. Best of luck in buying/selling your items!
