  2. I would say somewhere between 10-20k depending on player. Since they are not different versions, and released every year, the more there are the less they are worth.

  3. I looked it up for you and a year ago in July was 10 to 12k. I agree finch but I'd say 12 to 20k. 15k being fair since it'll be a while till they come back.
