[Possible bug?] Max res voucher will not take effect

  1. When I redeemed a max res voucher on my alt account (XxIamWe3nubxX), that account's res limit dropped to 1. After I relogged the limit was back up to 4, but no matter how many times I relogged, it never brought the limit up to 5 like it should have.

    I PM'd Krysyy about it when it happened, Jan 3, but still haven't heard back.

    Is this a bug?

  2. Have you tried bumping the conversation?

    What rank was your alt when you used the Max Res Voucher? If it was anything below diamond it's acting as it's supposed to.
